Valufire Protection provides fire safety services including but not limited to:
- Fire alarm installation and maintenance
- Emergency lighting installation and maintenance
- Fire risk assessments
- AOV systems installation and maintenance
- Fire extinguisher supply and maintenance
2. Service Agreements
All services are provided subject to:
- Written quotation and acceptance
- Agreed schedule of works
- Payment terms as specified in the quotation
- Compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations
3. Warranties and Guarantees
Our work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, covering:
- Workmanship quality
- Equipment functionality (manufacturer warranty terms apply)
- Compliance with relevant standards
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms include:
- 50% deposit for new installations
- Balance due upon completion
- 30-day payment terms for maintenance contracts
- Late payment charges may apply
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy includes:
- 48-hour notice required for appointment cancellation
- Cancellation charges may apply
- Refunds assessed on a case-by-case basis
6. Liability
Valufire Protection maintains comprehensive insurance coverage but:
- Is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Requires proper maintenance and use of installed systems
- Must be notified immediately of any system issues
7. Emergency Call-outs
24/7 emergency service is available subject to:
- Priority response for maintenance contract customers
- Additional charges for out-of-hours attendance
- Minimum call-out charges apply
8. Data Protection
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and:
- GDPR requirements
- Industry best practices
- Confidentiality agreements
